Equity
The RTG 2978 closely cooperates with the Gender Equity offices at MHH and UMG and complements and extends their gender equity, diversity, and compatibility measures. The RTG 2978 measures seek to:
- improve career opportunities of female scientists in their path to scientific independence
- alleviate the compatibility of family/care responsibilities and profession/graduation
- create an inclusive, international research environment in which all stakeholders are respected, heard and valued
